CITIC Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. entrusted Sedum Environmental Technology to manufacture a set of MBR integrated domestic sewage treatment equipment, which is used for the treatment of daily discharge of domestic sewage in the staff dormitory and office building of a group company in Singapore.
Entrusted by the resource and environmental protection company, Sedum Environmental Technology completed the construction of the box in the aerobic section with an integrated box structure. In order to meet the design requirements for high water depth (net depth of 5.5m) and meet the functional requirements for convenient transportation of integrated equipment , The equipment adopts the upper and lower layer sub-structure assembly design. Standardized and precise manufacturing and quality control are the basic guarantees to ensure smooth, on-time delivery at the project site.
The project party, Shaanxi Environmental Protection Industry Group, commissioned the design and processing of emergency skid-mounted equipment for improving the treatment effect of the tail water quality of the project. It is designed and manufactured by using the standard road transportation box structure size. Sedum Environmental Technology innovatively adopts the upper and lower modules according to the actual project. The construction method solves the problems of rapid connection and leakage of pipelines and installation difficulties in the process of vertical arrangement. The project scale is 1,000 tons/day, and the maximum full filtration flux is 3,000 tons/day.
Based on the protection needs of the new crown epidemic, the hospital has put forward higher requirements for epidemic prevention and sterilization for supporting medical sewage projects; at the same time, the equipment should have the characteristics of mobile relocation and fast construction.
This project is an integrated sewage treatment system set up for the supporting Food City project. The drainage volume of sewage in the Food City is unbalanced. The peak water volume is 50~60m³/h, which contains a large amount of animal and vegetable oils and food residues, which is a serious factor affecting the stable operation of the sewage system. Sedum Environmental Technology Equipment is equipped with a stainless steel slag and grease trap at the regional general water collection and discharge outlet, and a built-in basket-type slag separator, which is convenient for timely cleaning of food residues. It will not affect the subsequent operation of the MBR membrane, and the terminal is disinfected by UV + sodium hypochlorite to meet the needs of the effluent wastewater to kill Escherichia coli.
This project is in cooperation with Lvran Environmental Company, which is a form of OEM cooperation. The customer provides process requirements, and our company designs, manufactures, debugs and delivers. The project equipment is one of our main products, MBR integrated sewage treatment equipment, which is used in rural sewage treatment in several villages in Pingtan Town, Huizhou City, with a total of 16 application sites. The project belongs to the upgrading and transformation project of rural sewage treatment. After treatment, it reaches the first-class A discharge standard, which improves the effect of rural sewage treatment.
